Abortion

What if Osama's mom had an abortion?....Yeah I know some other freak would have taken his place....oh well.

Stupid

You know I find it stupid that the lady who works in my office is complaining about this cough she has, and why she keeps getting sick, stopped up head, runny nose, sinuses, doctors visit costs, allergies and her kids keep getting sick with same thing......oh yeah she is a heavy smoker and so is her husband...they smoke in the house too....Child Abuse anyone?.....DUH STUPID! (with love)...these are the ones who the New Healthcare is designed for ..... no accountaiblity...we all pay for their choices...dont get me started on abortion....

Funny....not.

I think it is funny how when Bush was in, he was fair game, but I make one statement about Osama....you know what hits the fan!
Double standard is obvious in this adminsitration and congress.....greed, self preservation and self indulgence are prominent motivators in this political arena....why was Osama so fast to defend this killer....was he afraid that it would tarnish Islam......or his chance of mending the world and pleasine the muslims?...so wrong.

Iraqi Christians

Did you know there are Iraqi CHristians? Not muslim chirstians, not Iraqi muslims...but actual christians? In fact they are a very large sect of Iraqi's who can tract there heritage back to King Nebecenezer of the Old Testemant. They believe like we believe....God, Jesus, Salvation.....etc. They are a very proud group. But of course we don't hear about them. We just hear about the "extremists" groups and all of the bad stuff. Here is one for you, not to defend Islam, but did you know that 90% of the muslims look at christianity as a "sister" or "brother" religion to islam? They do not consider us infidels....infidels are those who have "no" religion or no belief in God. The extremist take it to the level of all are infidels who do not believe their "way". This is the gang or organized crime area that is running amuck in Iraq and the muslim world. Yes islam is still misguided and missing the whole Jesus and salvation message. They still have issues rgarding equality and human rights. The danger of course still lies in the missing link of Jesus as the only way to God. THey believe Jesus was a prophet like mohammed.
I just found this intersting while talking to a friend of mine who is an advisor to the top military brass in Iraq. He investigates the different groups or sects in iraq much like gangs or organized crime here in the US. He takes what he finds and advises the brass on terrorism and counter terrorism measures for surviving in Iraq.
He is a christian man serving his country in an awesome way, I find it intriguing and kinda wish I could do that, I would be good at that.
He has learned alot about Islam, the good and the bad, it is of course something we do not want in the political system of our country.
He just wishes that we the uninformed american public were told everything about Iraq and what we have done for that country....not the bad that the liberal media wants us to hear.....
So watch what you hear.....and see and read......and keep Scott in your prayers.

Blogging

Blogging, since I have never done it before, seems like an online journal. Ihave never done that either except maybe for a class assignment. Kinda wierd.
So here goes.....
This weekend was interesting. Finishing off a crazy week with a fun and busy weekend.
Friday night, 1 child had to be somewhere at 4, another had to be somewhere by 6, our small group we lead starts at 7, they had to be done by 7 for our small group at church, that was over by 9. Great conversation with Scott who is a Law Enforcement Security advisor for the top brass in Iraq. He heads out in 3 weeks for another long deployment. He explained to me about the different factions or sects in Iraq that I have never heard about. He investigates and advises the top brass on security measures reagarding terrorism and counter terrorism and to which group of iraqui's to watch out for. He said it is a lot like his profession before in investigating the gangs or organized crime. Same stuff regarding money and power. Just different country and culture. Human factor it the same. I found it fascinating! I could have talked more butthe small group was waiting on me to finish up....sorry guys. I love that stuff. My prayers go with him and his family he leaves behind.
Anyway, I will blog more on that stuff in another blog...stay tuned you'll like it.
So Friday night....great night, Saturday: up early to finish or work on my honey do list, 90% completed, kitchen faucet not working right still, I'm not a plumber...my parents coming in for visit on Halloween, going with us to take kids to trunk or treat and halloweening. 2 kids parties at 2 back by 4, leave at 4:30 to go to Princeton for Brian and Jamies church trunk or treat, 5-7 then off to their neighbor hood for trick or treat till 10......back home to get ready for Teaching in Sontown in church tomorrow.....Sunday....AWESOME message by Kyle Idleman.....Salvation.... in 1 st service.....then 2nd service teaching the kids about salvation...ABC's...it's amazing how the two lessons, unplanned by us but planned by God, worked out to be teaching about Salvation....done by 1200 off to lunch with parents.....back home for relax and play......nice walk with family around neighborhood...mom and dad leave.....dark way to early fo rmy taste....5pm....dark???? Family time watching our favorite show Lie To Me.......off to bed.....great weekend....busy.......what did I learn?........
Remembering the One True Way to God is Jesus....heard it....taught it...need to rememeber it.....all the busy stuff we do....cant forget about our charge of spreading the gospel.......we get do busy doing our "life" stuff....it is so brief....I need to rememeber, help me Jesus to continue to look through your eyes....and have a heart for the lost.........I know it was a good weekend....but who did I impact for the kingdom?......I will try better today........bring me the opportunity.....
It's kinda like a prayer.....
